Display Ads are too long on mobile

Hello,
I am running some ads on my website and following the standard dimensions give to me by the ad exchange. But for some reason, on mobile and only on the front page of my website, the advert is too wide and doesn't resize for a mobile device. Any idea of why this is please?
Hi there,
you need to check with your ad provider, as its there scripts that determine the size of advert to load. And those adverts are being loaded with fixed width styles inside an iFrame, which can only be changed at their end.
