Dispatch Theme and new GB

I have the dispatch theme.
How can I update for use the new generate blocks and uninstall the wp showpost pluging.

Hi there,
we have not yet created a version of Dispatch using GB. Its on our to do list.
If you wanted to do it today, you would need to build it from scratch.
There are some Patterns on the GB Site to help with that>
