Dispatch secondary menu on mobile - change 'Categories'

Hello,
First - Hope the holidays are going/have gone well for you all.
Second...(more boringly):
On mobile, the Dispatch theme displays the secondary menu as a hamburger and the word 'CATEGORIES'
Could you please help? I'd like to change 'CATEGORIES' to something else: BLOG POSTS, for example.
