Hi,
I’ve downloaded and setting up Dispatch but can’t get the front page top section to look the same, despite reading and researching all about WP show posts, elements etc so I’m admitting defeat and looking for help please.
The theme instructions seem to cut off?:Magazine Grid – Front Page
A custom WP Show Posts Grid displaying 5 posts.
More details on creating your own list for this grid and the ones used in content are covered here …… WWWW ……
The Header Element contains just the WP Show Posts Shortcode. And requires these two Element Classes: wpsp-grid wpsp-cardI’ve been able to update all of the other WP Show post lists to build the front page, just not the top section of the 4 posts?
Thank you!

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
sometimes the WP Show Posts list it uses gets a little messed up on import.
If you go WP Show Posts > All Lists and edit the Grid list, and check that is set to 4 posts. If it is then you need to make an exact copy of it.once done the new list will provide you with a shortcode, copy that and then off to Appearance > Elements and edit the Header Grid – and replace the shortcode there.

Hello, I’m having trouble understanding how the posts show. Do I need to make a Grid List?
The grid was showing on the front page with some demo posts when I imported it over from the staging site. I deleted the demo posts when I moved it, and the grid on the front page disappeared.
Thanks for any help, I love this theme!July 22, 2020 at 1:03 am #1371770David
StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Dispatch relies on a set of lists created in Dashboard > WP Show Posts.
The Header Grid uses the List named Header.
It is set to display the latest 4 posts that you publish. If you add some new posts you should see the grid become populated.
Let me know.

Hi David,
Ok, it appears my featured images aren’t showing in the template and that’s why I’m not seeing anything. Trying to resolve it.July 22, 2020 at 6:07 am #1372044David
