Disappearing title block

Heya, guys.
So I posted this a few days ago (FB? Here? Can't remember), but didn't get feedback. Trying again.
I'm building happily enough (GP/GPP... have I mentioned how much I'm loving this?!?), and so far have not strayed off the farm as far as just using Customizer. Amazing how far one can get!
I have an oddity: I have a title block that disappears at the smaller breakpoints.
I don't know why. I'd rather it didn't ;)

The link to your site isn't working. Can you double check?
You have the mobile header enabled, which hides the main site header on mobile.
Haha! OK. So, a misnomer, maybe. "Mobile Not Header" might be better ;)
