Disappearance of content of the page after optimising SEO

Select Add New at the top of the snippets screen.
Give you new Snippet a title.
Add the code Elvin provided.
And then click Save

Oh, true, I never looked at the top of the snippet screen, but there it was. Now I have added it, but under Travel Stories, nothing changed yet. Do I miss doing anything else?

And one more question, when I added this new code there appeared options to 1)run snippet everywhere 2)only run on administration area 3)only run on-site front-end

I chose the third option, also tried with the nr 1, but nothing changed either. But what option is the best to choose?

So the code that Elvin provided disables the Columns option just for the Home Page.... so you won't see any difference.

Now yo to Customizer > Layout > Blog and Enable Columns, and set the number of columns you want for Travel Stories.... you should now have columns on your archives but NOT your home page.

OH, I see, makes sense.

However, even though I did it the way you said with columns and the number of them, but under Travel stories, nothing has changed. It is like is somehow disabled.
