Disabling the Skip Link

Hello
GP has a terrific Skip Link by default if a user presses tab on the page.
However, I have a tool that adds its own skiplink and I don't want my users to see two of them.
How do I disable the GP default skip link?
Is there a setting for that or do I need to use CSS or some other method?

Unless I'm misunderstanding something here but GP doesn't have a skip link by default.
Where can I find this element you are referring to in the site you've linked?
