[Resolved] Disabling sidebars on category pages?

I would like to disable sidebars on all category pages such as this one at The Miramichi Reader: https://miramichireader.ca/category/memoirs/

Hi James,

The category archives layout inherit the Blog sidebar layout setting in the customizer:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/sidebar-layout/#blog-sidebar-layout

If you’d like to keep the sidebar on the main blog page and disable it in category archives only then you would need a create a layout element:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/layout-element-overview/#sidebar
