Disabling Mobile Menu and logo position

Hi I followed the code in this post https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/disable-responsive-menus/
to try and stop the main nav(which is floating to the left of the logo) from collapsing to the mobile menu on smaller screens. It's working - but the logo jumps over to the left - I would like to keep it on the right if possible.

I believe it would work better if you switch the primary and secondary menus as you currently set up now and then use this code to disable the secondary:
