Disabling featured image element on a specific page is not working

Hello, i am trying to disable the featured image on one of my pages, when i tick the box to do this, and update, the featured image is still there. Why is this?

TLDR: in Appearance > Elements - edit the Header Element assigned to Pages, go to the Display Rules tab and select Exclude -> Page you want to exclude it from
