Disabling Elements I created?

I've created a few hooks as elements - for example, my analytics code and a disclaimer. I'd like to turn off the disclaimer on pages that don't require it. But under "Disable Elements", I don't see any of my custom elements listed. Is there any way to have an element display on every post by default, but then turn it off on some posts?
Never mind. I figured out how to do it with a tag. Sorry I can't delete the thread now.
