Disabled Navigation bars show Cart and Search buttons on Mobile

Hello,
I disabled the top bar, primary navigation, and secondary navigation for some pages and it works well on desktop. However, the primary navigation bar still shows up on mobile with both the cart and search buttons.
You can visit the homepage of the site on both desktop and mobile. You will notice that the primary nav still shows up on mobile even though it has already been disabled.
