Disable TopBar in Blog page

Hi, I have a website where I want to delete the topbar on all the pages, but on the blog page it always appears. I have disabled it in the GP options, but it always appears.
If in the WP settings, I remove that page as "entries page", the topbar if it disappears.
How can I eliminate it?
Hi there,
Top bar shouldn't be there by default unless there are widgets added the in the top bar widget area.
So if you don't want top bar anywhere, deleting the widgets should work.
