Disable title only on blog post

Helllo,
I have made a custom hero section on my all posts, that conatins the post title.
So know I have the title twice on every blog post.
How do I disable the "standard" title on all blog post ?

Are you using Block element - page hero?

@Ying No I dont use that because I need a Advanced custom field background image, I cant get that to work with the Meta date field.
Is it not possible to do with a filter ?
Have you tried using a layout element?

Tick the titleoption, set postsas the location.
