Disable Secondary Nav on blog page not working?

Hi!

I'm trying to disable the secondary navigation on the blog page using Disable Elements.
It works when the page is not set as Blog page. When set as blog page (settings, reading) the secondary nav is visible again.

Any ideas on how to solve this?
