Disable Post Author, Date

Hello Support
On “top” of post-pages I cannot get rid of ; Author and date
And at the “bottom” of post-pages I cannot get rid of “uncategorized”
In the customizer: Layout > Blog (I have all the above mentioned elements disabled)
Please help me with this.
