Hi,
Using the metabox I'd checked the content box to remove the title on select pages and recently discovered that that box was now unchecked and the titles were showing. My fix was to go through the site and re-check the content box.
Is it possible that the 'Metabox > content' was unchecked during a theme or WordPress update? Is there a way to selectively turn off the content header of some pages using elements?

The metabox value should be saved through theme and WP updates and we haven't received any other reports that suggested otherwise.

Are you referring to the content title? If so a layout element should help:
