[Resolved] Disable Next posts in blog posts

Hi:)

For some reason, every blog post on my site is ended by links to the previous post and the next post.
Here’s an example: https://www.infrared-light-therapy.com/prevent-viral-infection-fir-sauna/

I’ve tried to disable it with the customization but I can’t find where to do it.
Can you direct me, please?

go to Customizer > Layout > Blog –> Single and uncheck: Display Post Navigation
