[Resolved] Disable Fontawesome completely

Hi there, I am not using and not planing to use fontawesome at all on my site, how can I remove it completely? Thank you:)

And the same goes for Googlefonts, how can I remove them completely?

I am using custom fonts and would like to dissable Gfonts and also Fawesome as I don’t need either:)

Hi there,

You can disable Google Fonts by going to “Customize > Typography > Body” and setting the font to “Inherit”

For FontAwesome you can go to “Customize > General” and check the “load essential icons only” box.

I have GP premium, but I don’t see that option.

FontAwesome has actually been completely removed from the free theme and premium plugin.

So if you are using the latest versions, then there shouldn’t be any FA installed.

Oh, no! No more Font Awesome?

I am using GP 2.1.4 and GP Premium 1.7.2, but there are still FA icons and the “load essential icons only” option in “Customize > General”?

Which were the latest version of FA you provided? FA 4?
Do I have to update to 5 manually?
