Disable Featured Image / Header - for all Pages

Hi there,
I am using a page builder to create templates for pages, so I was wondering is there an option to completely disable Featured Image / Page header for all pages instead of clicking disable for each page individually?
I noticed that this will add a weird white space above the initial design I made as well, that is happens after GP Pro is installed.
