Disable featured image as default header image

Hi Tom,

As you mentioned in the FB group i have set the header to "hide" to hide the default featured images on top of the blog posts. As a result if i choose to use a specific image - well that won't show up either.

Can we remove the usage of the featured image by default as header content with the add-on please? --> when a featured image is present it should not be added as default header image (leave that option empty for user choosing)
