Disable Elements or Elements

Dear Team,

I have rather a simple question:

1. On the generatepress menu, you can enable the Module "disable elements"
2. But you can also enable the module elements where you can for example disable the footer.

So which option is in you eyes the better approach?

Option A: Use the disable module to disable everything by hand on every page?
Option B: Use elements to mass disable on the entire page?

What is better for the speed and performance of the page and will these two modules hinder each other?

Let me also say that I am very happy with the support here and will of course prolong - :-)
