Disable Elements not working

Hey, im trying to disable my header for a certain page.
my site is http://www.dhcbeatshop.cc
i already tried the default template
and i dont see any header element.

So in Appearance > Elements there are no Header Elements visible?
Sorry, i see inner pages header and homepage header. what i want is to disable the header for a particular page.
Edit the Inner Pages header Element and on Display Rules > Exclude: Choose the page you wish to remove.
