Disable Elements - Content Title - Not Working Consistently

Hi There,
On this site we have used the 'disable elements' feature to hide 'content title' headings as we're adding those page titles as an overlay on a picture in Elementor instead.
Since we ran updates to our site you can see on pages such as 'About Us' there are now duplicate headings even though we have enabled 'Disable Elements' and 'Content Title' is ticked for that page.
It's not all pages just some of them and not sure what the issue is. For example, it is working correctly on 'Hair'.
We have disabled all plugins to check no conflicts and same issue still appears. All plugins and themes are up to date. We tried disabling the Generate Press Elements and re-enabling them too.
Any help you can offer would be really appreciated.

Ah yes, I see it was a template with Display Conditions that needed to be updated. That's resolved it.

Hello, Currently having this issue with Dev Theme by Mike Oliver. Disable Elements Content Title doesn't seem to be working when checked. Please advise.
