Hi, I would like to create a directory listing for a charitable site, which have to list psychologists names and details, but we have to send the phone number to their email or sms privately only after they have provided the details.

IS there any free plugin and method to do this.

I would recommend a plugin like participants database, give it a try and see if its a solution for you https://sv.wordpress.org/plugins/participants-database/
