Differrent menus on different pages

Hi there,
I have 2 pages that show different menus.
The first page is built with Elementor: https://tonnamkim.com/ (normal menu, can choose language switcher)
The second page is built with Guttenberg (and GenerateBlocks) : https://tonnamkim.com/homepage-remake/ (can't choose language switcher)
How can I make the menu on the second page look like the first page?

Could you try to purge your cache and disable the cache plugin to test?

I tried to deactivate WP Rocket. But It's still the same. Cache plugin is not the issue.
It's my mistake. I didn't add second language to the page.
