different view of customizer in different websites

Hello, I am using GP on two websites, but it shows a different dashboard of customizer, while the same version of theme and plugin is used on both websites. Why is it so?. I am bothered about this because one website is performing better than the other.

is using the newer Typography system that is default on all new installs.
Existing pre 3.1 installs require it to be enabled. More info here:
