Different top bar in different pages

Hi Tom,
I am new to web design. I am designing my travel site http://www.cancundreaming.com on my top bar I have my social, language, and contact numbers. I want to add different phone numbers to my Spanish pages. How can I set up my top bar so I can display different phone numbers in different pages?

I have a better example if you notice on this website when you click English or Espanol their top header changes

Have you tried Tom's suggestion? What wasn't working? From what I understand that is exactly what the plugin is used for.
