[Resolved] Different Sidebar for Home Page and internal Post Page

Hi Tom,

Please can you guide as to how to implement a different set of sidebars (Left and Right) for the home page which are different from the internal Post Page.

The reason is I have to display a different set of widgets in the right sidebar on the Home Page and a different of widgets on the internal post page.
