Different Sidebar/Content for Blog Posts and Pages (Multiple Vertical Menu)

I am using the sidebar/content option to display a left hand navigation menu for certain blog posts.

I have created an additional left hand navigation menu for a bunch of pages.

And I don't know how to apply this new menu to pages.

Any ideas graciously appreciated
