Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first? Let me know 🙂 April 15, 2020 at 2:08 pm #1240707 John MacKenzie i user health troubleshooter ro deactivate all but woocommerce WC admin and GP premium same issue exists? any other ideas? Thanks a lot! J April 15, 2020 at 8:11 pm #1240906 TomLead Developer Lead Developer Hi there, I wonder if it’s because the image isn’t large enough. What if you upload a larger image? April 15, 2020 at 8:13 pm #1240908 John MacKenzie hmm good thought! ok will give that a try. Thanks! John April 17, 2020 at 9:16 pm #1243735 John MacKenzie so if i cant control the image size someone uploads (marketplace) can we remove the hand and click to a different image view ( i removed the mag glass on other images but this image still is clickable?) thanks! Conditionally checking for image sizes is hard, so it may be necessary to force a certain image size. May 28, 2020 at 2:17 pm #1305604 John MacKenzie ok i guess it is what it is, thanks!
