Different header elements not changing on different pages

Hi,
I have created two header elements (dark and light) for different pages, but the site shows only the dark header even after excluding the pages where I have setup the light header.
Your help is appreciated.

It looks like the dark one is set to all pages - can you try excluding the pages you want to show the light one on?

I have already tried that but that didn't work as well and I am not using any cache plugin.

What happens if you explicitly set the individual pages in each Header Element instead of setting all pages?
Same result even if I assign pages explicitly.
