Different Container Width for Post Title and Post Content

Hi

Right now, the header and the body of the content are the same width: https://www.screencast.com/t/ZK9XX8Ni
I want to make the header element slightly wider than the body: https://www.screencast.com/t/NjSmKu35
I am using Appearance > Elements to change the header of single posts: https://www.screencast.com/t/zME6oyNv
How do I achieve this?

Can you try select after header instead of before content for the quick hook select?
