[Resolved] Different Container Layout Size for Text and Images

Hi there,

Is there a way to have the text container within either pages or posts restricted to 640 pixels width but any images within a post or a page content (that are larger than 640 pixels) expand to say 750 pixels in width?
(Am only referring to desktop viewing for the above. For mobile I’d expect everything to resize to fit the mobile screen of-course with no images expanding the text/image layout)

Here’s an example of what am referring to.

Hi there,

if you select the Image Block in the editor – on the block toolbar ( above image ) you can select alignment and set this to Wide Width which will extend the image to the edges of the content, or Full Width to extend it to the full screen width.

Thanks David. Exactly what I needed. Couldn’t see the blocks as I was using the classic editor. But it’s all good now.
