Different coloured strip at the bottom of my page and I can't figure out why?

To clarify: Are you trying to remove the white space around the CTA block before the footer?

That's the bit I'm having trouble with.

I want it there, but I want it to be white, and it isn't. I've checked it in photoshop and the colour is #f7f8f9 and not #ffffff as it should be.

I appreciate it's difficult to see but I know it's there.

what you're seeing is the Body Background color set in the Customizer > Colors > Body. The last element. The fix would be to change the body color to #fff and the set the 'grey' color to those elements you require eg. the Footer.
