[Resolved] Different block element depending on “rules”

When I deactivated Simple CSS, the Dispatch CSS went away, just so you know. 🙂

Aha! The Element had the Remove Condition set to “No Featured Image”.

I deactivated that option and re-added my instructions above – I think it’s all working now.
