DIfferences between sites in site library

Hi,

I would like to make a question, please, so that I can understand better the site library and how can I take advantage of it the best way.

Are the differences between sites in site library only in these 4 points:

- content;
- plugins;
- css;
- customizer configuration.

Hi,

Sorry for the unclear question.

If you have it, it would be useful.

But what I want to know is if you change the theme files on the different sites or if the differences are made via plugins, css and theme options (customizer).
