Differences between "Heading" and "Single Content Title".

I am doing a clean install of GP on a new website.
I wonder what is the difference between "Heading" and "Single Content Title"? It is an option that appears in the section CUSTOMIZE / TYPOGRAPHY / TYPOGRAPHY MANAGER.
Hi there,
Heading H1 through to Heading H6 are the global heading sizes.
The Single Content Title (H1) if set will over the Heading H1 on Single Posts and Single Pages. You only need to use this if you want to set a different H1 style specifically for posts and pages.
