Did you fix all amp issues like mobile header menu, back to top button, smooth-scroll, search options.
Most of those use javascript, so they won't work with AMP.
However, our AMP plugin did get a small update a while back fixing some things: https://github.com/tomusborne/amp-for-generatepress

click the Green Clone or Download Button then choose Download ZIP. Then install it like any other plugin in WordPress > Dashboard > Plugins > Add New
