Development Idea or is it already available

Hello,

I'm interested in copying certain SECTIONS from one page to another page without copying the code. Is this possible?

Or perhaps CREATING A TEMPLATE of a section and adding that template as a SECTION so that when you change a "template" it changes all the pages that section "template" changes as well.

Is this a development idea that is being worked on? Or perhaps is it available?
