Hello Team, I am using Kinsta as a server, however in the development environment provided by them when updating the theme plugin it does not allow it and warns that I have changed the domain, how could I integrate this, stay tuned, thank you very much .

If your domain changed, just resave the license key:

The theme itself wouldn't care about the domain.
Are you referring to the premium plugin here?
