I would like to know if it is possible to show the Desktop Version also on mobile advices because my customers asked for this function.

This helped. How can I make a button for the user, so that you can switch between mobile and desktop version.

That's not currently possible for CSS media queries.

You would have to use something like the Mobile Theme in Jetpack or a similar plugin.
