Modifying your site for you is out of the scope of this forum.
You simply need to increase the Bottom Padding of your Header Element as i said above.
You can set it separately for Desktop and Mobile.David is referring to this option here:

Background images aren’t responsive by nature so it’s difficult to tweak sometimes – the example you’ve provided here is using a static image as the featured image:
