Design Sticky Post like Featured Post

Hi there,
I have created 3 pilar articles and made them as sticky post.
The position is correct now. But it looks like regular post. I don't like it.
I want to make it different. It could be the layout, or color, or size, or anything, just to make them looks stunning (eye catching).
They are looks different from non sticky post.
How to do that ? Is it something element can do ? Teach me how to do that.

To clarify, are you referring to changing the layout of your posts?

I’m also not seeing anything sticky in the link you provided. Are you wanting to make an element sticky?
