Design lastest posts with all equal height content

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please refer to the screenshot link in private information how can I change the latest posts with all contents for the title, excerpt having the same equal height and order the content in the title, excerpt, date, and then read more links?

Hi there,
thats not something that can be done automatically. You would have to specify a minimum and maximum height for each of the variable size elements eg. Title, Excerpt. Which may mean you have extra space or trimmed text on some posts.
If you can share a link to the site i can see what can be done.

If you want you can build your own custom template using the Block Element - see this article:

For the image, if you want to keep them all the same size, you can add a container block, and set the Dynamic Background as the Featured image, and then set its minimum height.

I watch the tutorial video, it is nice but not what I want. I want to make my custom own Latest Posts, refer to the screenshot from Private information, how can I make it and apply it?
You're using the Latest Posts block - which is a core WP block, and i don't believe it has the options to change the layout of its content. The method i proposed would only work with the Post Archives / Blog. If you need it to be on a static page you would have to find a plugin that can display that layout for you.
