[Resolved] Design gets strange on scrolling, and too much slow

I am using GP-premium. I am trying hard to get some performance boost. And also top bar gets some size issues when scrolling.

Website is super slow. I am not having any good experience with WordPress, hence any guidance will be super helpful.

Your site actually loads decently quick for me.

Keep in mind that there are many factors that contribute to the speed of your site such as hosting and the quality of plugins you are using.

As for the sticky navigation height, it can be adjusted in the customizer here:

Thanks for the response. I did some tweaks on server and it seems pretty much good now. But I am getting below warning in Google PageSpeed Insights:
