Design elements in demo

Hi there,
I am using the catalyst demo and I love it, but there al elements in other demos that I would love to use on our page.
Specifically, on the Service demo (home page) there are 3 boxes containing text/icons (service headlines. Is there a way to input this into my home page? like some code?

are you using the Block Editor for your home page ?
Yes I am, do I fin those boxes with icons there? IF so could you please tell me what is called? I cannot find anything like that in the options.
