Dequeue jQuery

I can confirm these are set to OFF:
Customizer > Layout > Header > Mobile Header > Sticky Nav
Customizer > Layout > Sticky Navigation
GPSI is still flagging jquery as a long task. This site is simply with only 5 pages. Pretty sure no plugin that I know of uses jquery. Is there a simply function to dequeue jquery entirely so I can test the site for functionality?

Are you using masonry by any chance?
If not can you disable all plugins except GP Premium to test?

This site does not have a blog but I did check Customizer > Layout > Blog and Display posts in columns and Masonry are not enabled.
Is there anything else from GPP or GB that may queue jquery? Otherwise, I would like to dequeue it entirely and find anything that breaks. I don't think any plugins call this but it would be easier to dequeue and find problems as opposed to deactivating each plugin.

I would like to try. Is there a function that you can provided for me to use in the child theme's functions.php?

I think disabling the plugins would still be the way to go but you can try something like this:

and replace generate-main with jquery.
