Demo site's page breaks on load sometimes?

Hi there,
I've noticed this issue sometimes happens...
Fresh wordpress install, fresh demo install. Using siteground. Using cloudflare.
Sometimes when I click on a page, it doesn't fully load. It looks broken. I have to refresh the page to fix it.
I see this problem with chrome and firefox. Have you seen this issue before?

It sounds like a cache issue, does this issue persists when cache plugins are off?

This is what makes me nervous.. I don't have a cache plugin. I don't even have siteground's dynamic cache enabled, only cloudflare's regular cache. Hmmm, I can't figure this out.
I checked your site again, didn't see the issue.
I know that some servers don't like inline embedding, can you go to Settings > GenerateBlocks > settings, if it's set to inline embedding, change it to External file.
And do the same for GeneratePress at Customizing > General > Dynamic CSS Print Method.
