[Support request] Demo content dosent install when i try to install site from site library

hi everyone i have a bug that happens every time when i try to install a theme from site library each time i can import theme option so i have the site format but when i install demo content i dont have the media and all the content associated , any help please

Did you get an error message when trying to import the demo content?

Any chance you can try it again with all plugins disabled except GP Premium?

i dont have any other plugin active and dont have any error :/ it installs 1 then 2 and finally jumps to 3 and i have

Nop i installed it but changes nothing still cant install demo web sites as you can see i just get the template colors https://kwarit.com/ cant find solution
